Report Narrative

Introduction

This report covers Jun 1-30, 2026 for Monad Mainnet and Testnet validator infrastructure. BitCtrl reads the network through validator count, ISP provider diversity, and stake-weighted concentration.

Thesis

Mainnet currently shows 200 active validators, 45 providers, and 29 countries. Testnet shows 200 active validators, 42 providers, and 24 countries across the selected period boundary.

Data Presentation

The Count and ISP Provider lenses show placement and provider footprint from archived snapshots. Mainnet top-provider count share moved from 18.50% to 18.00%, while Testnet top-provider count share moved from 18.00% to 23.50%. The Stake lens is intentionally separated: Mainnet stake is led by TeraSwitch at 19.1%; Testnet stake is led by Hetzner at 18.1%.

Conclusions

This monthly report keeps period movement separate from latest stake concentration. Count and ISP Provider lenses use archived period-boundary snapshots; the Stake lens uses the latest available public stake snapshot until historical stake series are archived.
